ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining leads, making calls, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers as per lead lists
- Handle inbound queries and resolve basic customer concerns
- Pitch products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone
- Maintain call logs and update CRM or data sheets after every interaction
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion benchmarks
- Follow escalation process for complex queries
- Attend daily briefings and adhere to calling scripts and guidelines
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
